Wireless printing is available at Garfield County Libraries. What does that mean for you? It means you can now send print jobs wirelessly from your personal computer or mobile device to one of our library printers without having to log on to one of our computers. And, you can do it from anywhere you have access to the Internet, even if you don’t have a library card.
Costs for wireless printing are the same as regular printing at the library: 15 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents per page for color. You can print single or double-sided and on letter- or legal-sized paper. When you send your print job to our printers, you have 48 hours to come in and pay for your print job and retrieve it. Print jobs include: photos, Word documents, PDF files, and more. You can even print web pages by entering the web address into the Wireless Printing Form.
To get started with wireless printing visit our Library Branches page and choose the library branch at which you want to print. Next, click on “Wireless Printing Form” under “Services” and follow the instructions on the form.
If you want to print from your smartphone or tablet you can also download the PrinterOn app and print from there. When using the app make sure to select the appropriate “printer,” as each location has multiple settings to choose from (color, legal, etc.) that appear in the form of individual printers.
