This program is suitable for all ages, but children under 12 need to be supervised by an adult. This event series is the product of a partnership between the library at New Castle Recreation. We will get together at VIX Park, and meet at the shelter next to the parking lot. Bring a journal and writing/drawing materials. We will have a few surprises to decorate your journals.
