    Kids & teens are invited to the library for Spring Break! Stop by Mon., March 21 to Sat., March 26 for Sphero robot racing, sidewalk chalk & Hot Wheels wall wracks, "The Good Dinosaur" movie, Dragons Love Tacos Storytime & Taco Bar, Makerspace, & Fanimaniacs

    School-aged kids are invited to join us at 1 p.m. each day from Monday, March 21 through Friday the 25 during Spring Break for fun activities, crafts, games and more.

    Spring break is coming and teens & tweens may have some extra time on their hands. Don't worry, the library has the week planned! Grab friends and head to the library March 21 through 25 at 1 p.m. for some fun with iPads, games, movies, and a scavenger hunt!

    This is a program for all elementary school age children. Explore science, literature, crafts, cooking and more at the library every Friday!

    Teens and tweens will be involved in weekly creative design challenges that will encourage them to use their imagination and apply their creative tinkering skills to make amazing (and sometimes silly) creations out of a variety of different materials.

    Kids in grades K-5 are invited to join us for this fun-filled program series! 1st Tuesday: The Good, the Bad, and the Gross!, 2nd: Painting Pages with the Glenwood Springs Center for the Arts, 3rd: Book Club, 4th: Lego Day!, 5th: Librarian's choice
  • Wednesdays  ⋅  2:30 pm  ⋅  Glenwood Springs
    Children in grades 1-8 are invited to create, tinker, and play with technology, art, and music. Build with Keva Planks, program Spheros, create music, make stop-motion animation films, and more. Free lunch is served from 2:30-3:30 to anyone under 18.
  • Thursdays  ⋅  4:00 pm  ⋅  Glenwood Springs
    Gaming, apps, and a snack! Minecraft, Launchpad, Garageband, and guitars. Play games, create dubstep, strum a guitar, and more! This drop-in event takes place every Thursday from 4 to 5 p.m. Free snack is served to anyone under 18 in partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies
  • Wednesday, March 23  ⋅  2:00 pm  ⋅  Carbondale
    Children & teens are invited to use the tools & supplies in our mobile makerspace to design, tinker, and play with art and technology. Use 3D Pens, make stop-motion animation films, build a video game, and more. Free lunch is served from 2:00-2:30 to anyone 18 and under.
  • Thursday, March 24  ⋅  4:00 pm  ⋅  Carbondale
    Kids and teens are invited to come play with iPads and fun Wii games every Thursday. A free snack is provided for anyone 18 and under. This program is offered in partnership with Food Bank of the Rockies as part of the After School Snack Program.
