Meeting and Study Rooms

We have meeting rooms and study rooms available for use at all our branch libraries.

Library meeting spaces, including our community rooms and study rooms, are now available FREE OF CHARGE to all members of the community for the presentation and exchange of information and opinions of all kinds.

Before booking a room, please read our Meeting Room Policy and Study Room Policy.  All meeting room requests must be accompanied by a completed Meeting Room Request Form. You may download a  Meeting Room Request Form or ask for one at any of our branch libraries. Please complete the form and return it to the library whose meeting room you are requesting. Forms may be returned in person, via email, or fax.
