Planned Network Outage on Tuesday, Jan. 16

The software your Garfield County Libraries use to power our library cards is undergoing planned maitenance on Tuesday, January 16. This will affect some services.

You will still be able to:
Check out books and materials at the front desk with the assistance of library staff. Checkouts will not appear on your account until the next day.
Use the library computers with a Guest Pass.
Use the library catalog to look up materials. However, availability status may not be up-to-date and you will not be able to access your library card account information.

These services will be offline:
OverDrive and Libby checkouts and holds will not work.
Hold pickup notices will not be generated or sent out.
You will be able to view items available through Prospector, but will not be able to request them.
You will not be able to pay fines for lost or damanged items.
You will not be able to create a new Kanopy account, but those who already have access will still be able to use Kanopy. Remote access to some other online databases may be unavailable.
