Meet local author Lou Dawson in conversation with Cindy Hirschfeld, freelance writer and Editor-in-Chief of Cross Country Skier, as they discuss Lou’s exhilarating yet tumultuous memoir “Avalanche Dreams“. The book chronicles his evolution from a young Texan boy to a seasoned mountaineer, and eventually a committed family man. This journey was amidst the vibrant backdrop of the 1960’s counterculture revolution.
