Your Carbondale Branch Library invites you to coordinate your mind, body and spirit with Pilates. Join Alexandra Jerkunica, professional ballet dancer, Pilates teacher, and choreographer for a four week Pilates mat class series. Explore classical Pilates exercises to activate your core, breathe, and articulate your spine from your center. All fitness levels welcome. Free and open to adults and teens 12 and up. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable workout attire and go barefoot or bring socks.
